Presented prices includes use of the swimming pool when in season, use of the gyms, mini Jacuzzi and sauna in the sport hall and free parking space in front of the hotel.
-Family plan - discount policies for children - additional bed for children under 12 in the same room with the parents is free of charge (max.2 children). If children are using additional room 50% discount on arranged price will be applied.
-Payment policies: In order to guarantee / confirm reservation minimum of 1 (one) night arrangement will be charged The fee for providing services can be remunerate in cash, by cards that the Hotel accepts: VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO, DINA or by the bank transfer on the base of delivered pro forma / invoice
-Cancellation policies: For the individual guest- 24 hours before the arrival of the guest- no cancellation fee. For untimely cancellation of individual reservation or absence of the guest -NO SHOW, a fee for 1 (one) night will be charged
For the cancellation of the group, (more than 10 rooms), cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival.-no cancellation fee.
For untimely cancellation (in less than 7 days period before the arrival date,) of group reservation or absence of the group -NO SHOW, a fee for 1 (one) night for previously arranged number of rooms for the group will be charged.
Check in- Accommodation of the guests in Hotel is performed from 14 o'clock,
Check out- Departure of the guests from the hotel is till 12 o'clock.
